TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I accept Payment via PayPal.
2. All Prices may vary based on the complexity of design.
3. 50% of the total price must be paid within 24 hrs after placing the order (I can extend the time on special cases), I will start the artwork only after receiving this payment.
4. The remaining 50% amount must be paid within 24 hrs after I provide you with final artwork.
5. There will be no refunds once I start the artwork (If I cancel the commission due to any discomforts with client, the client will be refunded from what I have already received , this is based on how much is pending in the artwork but if the fault is on my side, there will be full refund).
6. You are requested to send as many accurate descriptions and good references as possible, so that I can understand your interests on the design well before I start the commission.
7. As an Artist I have the rights to share the finished work on my socials or portfolio (there will be additional charges if the client wants me to not share them, you are expected to inform me about this before paying the first 50% of total price )
8. You are expected to give credits when you use the artwork.
9. You are not allowed to use the artwork for commercial purposes without my permission and note that you will be charged 50% additional amount after being permitted to use it commercially.
10. Without my permission you are not allowed to post the WIPs that I send you.
11. The deadlines can be discussed based on my current schedules . Rush orders are subject to additional charges if my schedules are hectic.
12. I will only send the final artwork with a watermark and will send it without watermark only after the full payment is received.
13. There will be 20+%(of total price) additional charges for major changes after I start the rendering.
14. VTuber/Pngtuber models can be used for commercial purposes as long as I am properly credited.

and rendering compared to Tier 1 (comes in Potrait format as a default)
(Wider canvas requirements (landscape format) will be charged with extra $ depending on the BG detailing)

General Full body : 140$

+background : 30$+

(both include 3 free toggles)
Additional Expression/ Toggles: 30$+ each
Character Reference Sheet : 100$
( minus 20$ if character design already exists)

VTuber Character Reference Sheet : 160$
( minus 20$ if character design already exists)
